Yes, we have extensive experience in tailoring enzymes for use in lyophilized format. This includes glycerol-free lyophilization-compatible enzymes as well as fully formulated lyophilization-ready enzymes or master mixes. In addition with our in-house lyophilization capabilities, we can provide the fully lyophilized solution as well. We can start with your enzyme or use one of our pre-optimized enzymes as the foundation.
We are able to perform a variety of modifications including alkylation, phosphorylation, adenylation, biotinylation (random and site-specific), and various forms of reversible hot-start modifications. We can also formulate enzymes in buffers that are specific to your platform.
Either is fine! We have a broad selection of molecular biology enzymes and recombinant proteins that you can choose to customize to fit your needs. If you need a specific peptide sequence manufactured for your use, we are happy to help meet that need as well.
Scale can be rapidly adjusted using our proprietary expression vectors and various cell culture platforms. For most recombinant enzymes, we can provide single lots on the order of micrograms up gram scale.
Most of our off the shelf catalog reagents are labeled for Research Use Only, though our ISO-13485 Certified and cGMP compliant Quality Management System is built to support reagents and raw materials suitable for use in IVD applications. Regardless of the labeled “grade” all of our products are made under our QMS and the specifications can be customized as needed by customers.
